I was hesitant on spending over $30 for a yoga mat, but after doing my research and seeing how much other yoga mats go for, and how great reviews this one had, I decide to give it a try and LET ME TELL YOU, it’s worth every penny! I needed a mat that didn’t slip because I do intense workouts, and this is perfect because it’s also reversible to challenge your balance while doing yoga. They’re also contributing a great cause, I’m so glad I went with this choice, and knee pad is a great addition. Wish they had more color options, but besides that I’ll be purchasing more in the long run.

I bought this yoga mat specifically to use when traveling. It was everything I was looking for: It rolls up tight, looks beautiful, has good grip and feels like a soft suede material on the top side. Since the mat is thin, it also came with a knee pad which would be very useful if you're mat is on a hard floor. I took the knee pad with me just in case, but I used the mat on top of a carpeted floor and did not need the extra knee pad. This yoga mat was everything I was looking for and I would definitely recommend it.

The orange mat is the size of a folding yoga mat(primasole). I have 2 of these types and this is one is the tiniest bit smaller than the other. I put the two beside each other to show the differences in size. The June & juniper mat is perfect for any time you need to travel extra light for like a plane ride. It is heavier than the folding mat so if you plan to hike with it, might want to calculate that weight. Very dense material but that would make it harder for it to flap in the wind when outside and also very sturdy. With the bottom being rubber it is great when I used it on my slippery vynil floor. The down fall is the knee pad. It is very much needed but it is too small to use when doing anything with wider knee(like cat/cow pose). It is the size of 1/2 the mat width wise. Recommend buying a different one or use a a blanket. Or really what ever you have on hand. I ended up folding up my sweater.
